EASY OTP Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 10, 2026

1. Data Privacy & Logs

We value your data privacy. EASY OTP only stores minimal logs required for authorization and real-time billing audits (such as recipient emails, transaction timestamps, and billing amounts). We never read, scrape, or store any message content routed through Gmail tunnels.

2. Gmail API Usage & Data Access

EASY OTP uses Gmail API solely for sending OTP emails. Our service uses only the gmail.send scope.

IMPORTANT: We do NOT read, modify, or delete any emails. We do NOT store any email content. The OTP is generated in real-time and sent directly via Gmail's official API. No user data is retained after the email is sent.

3. API Secret Key & Credential Safety

Your generated API secret keys are stored using secure hash mappings in our database. Sharing your credentials publicly or exposing them on client-side JS is strictly at your own risk. EASY OTP is not responsible for any wallet deductions resulting from key leaks.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Since we do not store any email content or user messages, no data deletion is required. Temporary logs (OTP requests, timestamps) are automatically purged after 15 days. Wallet balances and transaction history are preserved for billing purposes.
