1. General Terms & Services

By activating and using any service on the EASY OTP API platform (including Gmail OTP Tunnel and SMS carrier gateways), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing any system endpoints.

2. Gmail OTP Delivery Policy

EASY OTP provides a Gmail API-based OTP delivery service. When you request an OTP, our system sends a one-time password to your registered email address via Gmail's official API.

IMPORTANT: Our service only uses the gmail.send scope. We do NOT read, modify, or delete any emails. The OTP is generated in real-time and sent solely for authentication purposes. Users must not use this service for spam or bulk email campaigns.

3. Wallet Credits & Non-Refundability

All top-ups processed on our automated ZapUPI checkout gateway are completely final. EASY OTP credits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. In case of payment disputes, users must provide their UPI UTR number for manual audit.

4. Prohibited Abuse & Suspension

If any developer or account is found using our Gmail OTP tunnel or SMS carrier gateway for sending fraudulent messages, phishing links, adult content, or gambling verification codes, EASY OTP reserves the right to terminate the account instantly and freeze all wallet credits without notice.
